Real Estate HD-Crafts is an independent family run business with UK and Spanish offices. The company has been operating a property sales office based in the family home in Los Urrutias for the past year, offering advice to clients on all aspects of purchasing property and relocating to the Mar Menor region.
In addition the company, concentrating primarily in and around La Manga Golf Resort and the neighbouring villages, aim to provide clients with exemplary customer services for management and maintenance of their homes, with transparent fee structures whilst ensuring all legal obligations are met.
The aim is to forge relationships with holiday firms thus providing a regular client base for holiday letting whilst ensuring that the properties are maintained to a high standard, with all maintenance issues dealt with 'in-house' promptly and cost effectively. Regular inspections will take place and all necessary equipment provided. Each customer will receive regular property reports and accounts.

The Company has links with Spanish banks for clients wishing to raise finances in Spain and English speaking Spanish Lawyers of good repute to advise on all legal issues.

The Company have now acquired three commercial units in a prominent position fronting the main street in Los Urrutias. One unit will provide a self contained fully equipped professional workshop. The other two units combined will be equipped to deal with property sales, management and lettings.

The offices are situated between La Manga Golf and Murcia airport. The area is not yet developed although there are plans for new houses and two new golf courses.

BACKGROUND
Real Estate HD-Craft in Spain was formed primarily as a result of poor personal experiences whilst trying to purchase and negotiate management of our own properties in the Mar Menor region.
With part of the family based in the area for more than five years, coupled with other members of the family based in London with 10 years experience in property sales, management and lettings, means that together we possess vast amounts of experience in the field, unrivalled knowledge and good local contacts.

THE PEOPLE
Christine Larbey: A wealth of business experience from owning and managing a hotel/restaurant/bars and international entertainments agency, with a background in the legal profession. Resident in Spain and living in Torrevieja for two years and the Mar Menor region for five years, has set up and been running Real Estate HD-Crafts in Spain, focussing on second hand sales in the local villages and developing local contacts.

Gemma Larbey: The youngest of the family at 22 years, Gemma has been resident in Spain for three years, and is fluent in Spanish. Working on the business set up for the past year, dealing with English and Spanish clients, both in the sales and lettings departments, she is knowledgeable in all aspects of the business.

Damien Larbey: Resident in Spain for two years doing general property maintenance and repairs on and around La Manga Golf Club, Damien has good all round building skills, knowledge of local materials and suppliers and a reputation for quality workmanship.

Melanie Larbey: Owns and manages property inventory (letting) and professional cleaning company in London. Previously seven years office manager and Personal Assistant for large corporate organisation.

Paul Larbey: With more than 12 years experience in property repairs, workshop/store management, renovations and specializing in kitchen, and bedroom fitting to the highest standard, Paul has the skills and experience to manage our workshop to provide our clients with the best quality workmanship.

Dominic Bruneau (partner of Melanie): 10 years working for large corporate Estate Agent in London culminating in position of Divisional Sales Director with responsibility for 44 offices and 290 staff. Overseeing the sales and lettings of properties, successfully setting up new offices.

Sara-Jayne Winn (partner of Paul): 10 years accounts experience for International companies in London. Dealing with all aspects of company accounts and currently freelance accountancy for small businesses, keeping all records and accounting and finalising accounts for production to the UK tax officials.
